March 24th - March 31st

24TH - Completely addicted to the Twilight series.

25th - My little drummer boy in training

26th - Hiding from Paparazzi Mommy

27th - I went to a Twilight party at a friends' house to watch the DVD :) This is me and my friend Tallie

28th - I just thought this was hilarious. All I could see was his lil head and he was doing some goofy faces. :)
29th - we got a fancy new camera (Nikon D40) and I have no idea how to use it LOL But I'm lovin' that blurry background!

30th - entered my first scrapbooking challenge with this memo board. Didn't win :( But still felt good about challenging myself and getting my work out there.31 - this is her puppy dog face :( she uses those big browns and the pouty lip to get what she wants. think it works?

March 7th

Today was actually my Nana's birthday, we celebrated the night before with family but I didn't get any good pictures :( I still want to make mention of her special day because she means so much to me.

The picture I took today was actually at Baby H's 2nd birthday party. I'm so glad that I can still be a part of her life! The relationship she has with my kids is incredibly adorable too!

February 8th

Another old daycare babe of mine came over today. Baby H brought her mommy and daddy over for dinner and to show me her 2 year old pictures. I started watching Baby H when she was just 3 months old! Her mommy asked her to please make her valentine's and bday cards with her new pictures. I'm so glad that I can still be a part of this baby's life!

January 30th

Tonight we had the pleasure of babysitting a lil 2 and a half year old boy. This lil boy, Lil P, was a regular around here until last May. He was my lil daycare babe (one of em) for 2 years! I was amazed at how well he and the kids got along together and just had a blast snuggling and tickling him again! Can't wait till his mom and dad need a babysitter again!

January 25th

A dream come true for me today! I got to go down to Anaheim with my friend Sarah and experience the Winter CHA show. It's a trade show for the Craft & Hobby Association. We had a BLAST! Saw several celebs and great product and came home with some fun freebies too!

January 24th

I don't have a picture for today. I didn't take one. So I'm going to journal and add a picture later.

Today we went to a birthday party for some folks we barely knew. Daddy works with the dad and Mommy scraps with the mom. It was their little boys 2nd birthday. We had never met there kids. The point of all this is that we all had the best time at the party. Lacie & Colby took off outside to jump in the jumper and we sat inside with some adults that Daddy works with and chatted the night away. The kids came in periodically to check in, get a drink, eat, etc. There were babies & toddlers all around. Whining, clinging, needing changed. Doing what babies do. It really clicked in my head that I was SO relieved not to be worrying about any of that. We have BIG kids now, that can play outside on their own with kids they'd never met before and have a GREAT time. And now my husband & I can enjoy grownup time with pretty much no worries! As much as I'd love to have the 3 kids I'd always wanted, I just can NOT imagine starting over. And I'm actually glad that we don't have to! We are so enjoying this stage in our lives! It's a blast!
